The study utilized a quantitative methodology, questionnaire was administered on employees of TCN to elicit primary data. The data obtained was subjected to analysis utilising Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) through the utilisation of SmartPLS3. The results indicate that efficiency of TCN is positively and significantly affected by regulatory frameworks, technical capabilities and financial management practises. These findings provide insights into the complex dynamics within TCN’s operations and add to comprehensive comprehension of the factors that influence its efficiency.
