ABSTRACT
This study examined perceived organisational support and job-related well-being in Nigerian
Universities. Based on the analysis of 310 responses, it was observed that participants were
neutral concerning perceived organisational support and job-related well-being as important. We
found a strong positive and significant association between perceived organisational support and
job-related well-being. Our findings suggest that there is no statistically significant difference in
lecturers’ perception of perceived organisational support and job-related well-being. The study
thus recommends that universities should consider implementing practices and policies that
improve lecturers’ well-being.
